Working abroad - travel insurance

Hi there,
I am soon going to the States to work for two years. Health insurance is already sorted out.
What I am wondering about is travel insurance to cover my flight to the states and also for visits back to the UK.
(for example I have already booked a flight back for Christmas as a return booking was cheaper than 2 singles)
Is it a business trip or a personal one when I travel to the US to start my new job?
And when I visit my folks in the UK, will that count as a holiday from the US?
Any advice much appreciated.
