Hi all,
I have also been ticketed by UKPC,
I have read most of the posts on here - truly inspirational !!
I have ignored the 3 letters so far , however most of the posts make reference to the word invoice used on the paperwork, mine say "charge notice" is this the same?
any clarification would be useful.

The PPCs call them "Parking Charge Notices" or "Charge Notices", to make them look and sound like council-issued "Penalty Charge Notices", which are legally enforceable.
We call them invoices, speculative invoices, toilet paper ...
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

Just a scam that impersonates authority.
Next letters will be more impersonations but different characters trying to make it look like some more authority have got involved, fake debt collectors, solicitors all that kind of thing.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Times are hard, and even these blackmailers have staff to pay (although one had to take her employer to court and get the bailliffs in to finally get them to cough up) and families (and horses) to feed.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

The PPCs out there are some of the lowest of the low in life that still get away with scamming innocent jo public, in my view if i had to rate one PPC as the lowest of the low in a PPCs scummer scammer poll UKPC would be at the top for a public floggingPPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
