flexibility allowance with iva

does anyone know if an iva will take part of the money u get in your wages for flexibility allowance for different shifts??

  • Hi shazzy29.

    All sources of income will be considered in terms of working out how much you can afford to pay into an IVA.
  • with mine and husbands iva they looked at our regular pay, including regular allowances and bonuses and then worked out what we could affoed to pay each month. I believe we can earn 10% over our regular income before sending the excess to iva, so we just scan in payslips each month and forward them and if we need to contribute extra they just tell us how much.
