Anyone know if it can be adjusted? I was going to have a look but it's snowing & bloody freezing so I'm hoping someone can save me the hypothermia

It's a 1998 model.

isnt it self adjusting via that big lump half way down the clutch cable,looks like a primer pump?

Clutch is knackered, &, as it's got other problems not worth replacing.... so on to another "banger"
