Two suppliers cheaper than dual fuel?

I am helping an offline friend switch suppliers in the East Midlands so just want to check I've got this right...

The usage is
14,500kWh for Gas
3,900kWh for Electricity

Current suppliers are Atlantic Standard plan for Electric monthly direct debit (£527 per year) and Scottish Power Standard plan for Gas monthly direct debit (£627 per year). Total £1,154.

The comparison sites are coming back with 2 suppliers as being cheaper.
The gas supply is an IGT so a supplier without IGT charges is preferred.
Cancellation charges are a negative due to possible move within 12 months and deferred discounts are also a negative.
Also, online management of bills are difficult as they find it difficult to use a computer so also a negative.

The suppliers that top the list and meet the requirements are LoCO2 Energy at £489 for Electricity and EDF Standard Plan at £604 for Gas. Total £1,093. The cheapest dual fuel tariff is EDF's Standard plan at £1,114.

Is LoCO2 Energy OK? Has anyone had experience with them?

Thank you. The reason I skipped this tariff is that UKPower (the comparison website I use) comes back with a cancellation fee in the terms and conditions but after checking the EDF website I can see that is not the case. Thank you again. So £1,041 it is...and when the tariff expires she can look again when it defaults to EDF's Standard plan which is still a good price anyway and she also has the freedom to switch at any time in the meantime. I'll let her know.

For anyone else reading the rates are 3.145p/kWh for Gas and 10.071p/kWh for electricity.

Is there any way to earn some cash back to switch to them? I couldn't see EDF on either Quidco or Topcashback...so it'll have to be via a switching website to get £20 or so...
