Checked my email confirmation and it says it could be up to 21 days delivery. The phone number to call them is 08719 77 55 55. I ordered on the 5th april.0

i placed order 5/4/12 and rang them this morning they said because the order was done on the web it hadnt gone through for some reason & then said that because the grass was oos they hadnt processed the order as they are not allowed back orders, i said they could have e-mailed me & told me but as they hadnt even seen the order i suppose that was expecting too much

It looks this this shower don't bother responding to emails so it looks like I'll have to give them a call. Anyone got an alternative to the 0871 number? I've checked saynoto0870 for Garden Bargains but there's no alternative listed. I'm beginning to regret ordering from them now.

I ordered a grapefruit at the start of the month, never arrived, contacting customer services seems to be getting me no where !0

ralphman, did you get an email confirmation? Isn't that proof the order had gone through? I guess it doesn't change anything as it is now OOS anyway. Well done to all those who got what they ordered!!!0

I was told on the 16th that it was ready for dispatch and they gave me a HDL tracking number which has never been live.

Honestly i think they are a superb Company, just hold out they will get in touch or send out your items. I wouldn't worry at all...Envy is the most stupid of vices, for there is no single advantage to be gained from it.:A0

I also ordered the grapefruit with one of their grasses.. I got a phone call a few days later to tell me that the grass was out of stock and no money had been taken.. They told me to reorder the Grapefruit but when I went back on the site, there were none left.. I sent an email to customer services, wondering if the orgiinal grapefruit was still ordered under my name, but I was fobbed off..

That may be your experience but I'm afraid it certainly isn't mine.
I rang Garden Bargains yesterday after waiting in vain for them to respond to my emails. They said that my items had been sent out and should have been delivered by now but had no idea where they were :eek: They said they would check and get back to me. Needless to say they haven't done so.

The latest on my Garden Bargain saga for those who are interested is that I received an email from them asking me to call them to arrange a replacement or refund. I called to ask for a replacement but was informed that the chicken coop had been discontinued and the clock was out of stock. They are arranging for a refund to be sent to me but instead of just putting the refund on my credit card they have to send me a cheque which will take up to 14 days. Not only have I wasted about £5 calling their 0871 customer services number they will have been sitting on my money for the best part of 6 weeks by the time I eventually get my refund.
Needless to say I am not a happy bunny and will not be ordering from Garden Bargains ever again.:mad:0
