Hi All,
Apologies if already posted - did search but couldn't see it.

Garden Bargains have an up to 75% off sale on and there's a code lurking for free p&p as well with no minimum spend. Don't forget Quidco at 10%

http://www.gardenbargains.com/sale-items.htm

For free P&P code saving £5.99: http://www.vouchercodes.com/vouchers/gardenbargains.htm

ie) Grapefruit in 3 litre pot was £19.99, now £5.99 - 59p quidco = £5.40 delivered;
Oleander in 3 litre pot £2.83 - 28p quidco = £2.55 delivered;

Hope that helps!
ps) Taken from website: (These are healthy plants, but may require some extra TLC for best results)

Official MoneySavingExpert.com Insert:

GardenBargains has said the sale ends Sunday 22 April. As of 3pm Tues 10 April it had 14,000 sale items still available in stock.

    How does it work when you buy plants?! Not a gardener and looking to get presents for my mum.

    If I get an Iris 'Bronzaire' Rhizomes that is 49p do I get a bulb, the plant, is it just one flower?! There isn't any explanation.

    Thanks.

    The rhizome is the bulb. One rhizome is one stem, I think. So you get a few flowers to a stem (- someone more knowledgeable correct me if I'm wrong.) One would look a bit sad on its own, I'd get a few to be able to plant a cluster of them.

    This picture of a few together might give you more of an idea.

    Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    Simbad - you would get one rhizome ( technical name for that type of bulb ) per 49p. Two rhizomes would be 98p, etc. You usually buy bulbs/rhizomes in odd numbers - 3,5,7 - as odd numbers planted together look better than even numbers.
