Aqua card complaints

Options
I bought a house over three years ago from a repossession company. Last christmas we got post for the previous owner from Aqua saying they had an overdue balance. I off course contacted Aqua card services and I was told to return the mail with a covering letter. They havn't dealt with this and despite several phone calls we're still receiving mail. The latest letter advises that a debt collection agency was being involved. I've spoke to several advisors who advise a note will be made. This has become very distressing as all want them to do is stop any action ay my address and any further mail. Any suggestions?

No point at all in opening the post or continuing to try to talk to them. Don't get distressed - just put all the letters back in the post, with not at this address wrtten on the envelope. Or if you don't want to do that just bin them.

    Eventually they will stop writing.
