I have tried reclaiming my charges from HSBC , went down my local branch a few months ago and ordered all my statements - they came and a wrote my first letter with a total to be reclaimed

HSBC - wrote back within a few days asking me to write out every charge with a date and the reason they charged me . so I wrote it all out and sent it off .

Then I had a letter back thanking me for that letter but asking for the same infomoration again - so wrote back enclosing all the info again .

that was about a month ago - i havernt heard a thing so on the 16th off this month ( feb) i wrote to them saying if it wasnt sorted within 14days i would take them to court

so should I do start thinking about taking them to court ?
