Hi,
I'm not sure where to put this as it's more of a legal question rathe than money orientated.
I'm trying to find out the difference between a memorandum of understanding & constitution?
Any advice will be greatly received.

Consitution:-
A body of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a state or other organization is acknowledged to be governed.
Memorandum of Understanding:-
A memorandum of understanding is a document describing a bilateral or multilateral agreement between parties. It expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action. It is often used in cases where parties either do not imply a legal commitment or in situations where the parties cannot create a legally enforceable agreement."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
