Halifax credit card ppi

i paid ppi on a halifax credit card for a few years not realising until now.
i remember at the time of applying online that i un-checked the ppi box but it appears i may have opted in by doing that.

was i mis-sold?

    Going by what you said, you do appear to have a reason here, if your sure you didnt accept the ppi, and you believe it was added later on but not by yourself, you should give it a go and make that clear to them.

    Complete the reclaim questionnaire as on step 3 below, send to whoever sold you the account, remember to keep copies as well, good luck.
