Hi,
I've just found the new thread after posting my latest update on the old one - so here it is again :j
Well I've had a great day! Went to SW last night expecting to have put on weight as I've done nothing but eat this week & I lost a pound :T:T I'm so pleased cos that takes me back into my target range so I don't have to pay any more:D I haven't been this light since before Xmas. I'd still like try to lose another 4lb, but at least its no longer costing me money!!
I also bit the bullet & went running this morning at 6am I had honestly forgotten how much I love being out at that time. It was raining but its so peaceful and serene & it sort of chills me out for the day ahead. I did week 1 of the C25K & wasn't too knackered so I might skip to week 2 on Friday.
We're off to Alton Towers tomorrow as the kids finally break up today for Easter. I'm hoping for a dry day, but DH says its snowing an Derby ATM.
Also I paid £440 off my debts so I'm now on :
#306 £3595.17/16779.81
Finally over 20% :j:j:j
Thanks to Jemma for the new thread & for keeping everything up to date:T
