    I also incorrrectly stated your billing period was 83 days, where it is 84 days as the dates are inclusive for billing purposes.


    Did you allow for the extra leap year day?

    Hi jalexa,

    When you log in to your online account you do so with your Dual Fuel reference. When we receive the loss notification the gas and electricity accounts are seperated (ending the Dual Fuel account) hence no online access.

    The main reason this is done is that often the supplies will transfer on different dates. I do understand your frustration with this and it is being looked at for the future.
