Any suggestions? I need:

Internet Access
Debit Card & chequebook
500.00 or less (zero is fine!) minimum monthly payments
Decent interest rate that isn't just introductory or disappearing after 12 months etc.

Cahoot maybe worth a look.

There is no minimum payment, comes with a debit card and chequebook is optional (slightly less interest if chequebook option is taken).
Interest is 3.75 - not sure if you would class this as decent but it shouldn't disappear.
Never had any problems with them myself but I could have just been lucky !
