FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents , aged 18 and over only, excluding employees or agents of World Duty Free Group, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.


2. Closing date is 18.04.2012.


3. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person.


4. To enter the prize draw:


a. Pick-up a leaflet in participating Duty Free Shops, fill in your personal details and drop it into the in-store post box.


b. Or enter online at www.worlddutyfree.com/jubilee


5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered, or any other reason.


6. Prize: 2 x Diamond Jubilee Experiences in London, including:


a. Up to 4 places on one of the boats in the Diamond Jubilee Flotilla on the 3rd June 2012


b. 2 nights stay in a 4* Hotel in Central London for a family or four including two children 16 and under (sharing a family room with breakfast) on 2nd and 3rd June 2012.


c. Dinner on one evening at a family restaurant of the winner’s choice, up to the value of £250.


d. 4 x tickets to see ‘Shrek’ at the Theatre Drury Lane on 2nd June


e. 30 minute Helicopter ride over London on 2nd June


f. Tickets to the Tower of London on 2nd 3rd or 4th June


7. The prize does not include gratuities, travel insurance, meals other than those stated, travel expenses within London, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated (including spending money) for the winner and family.


Travel to and from London will be covered for the family (up to a total cost of £1,000). Upon presentation of all valid receipts. All valid receipts must be sent to World Duty Free Group, 4 New Square, Bedfont Lakes, Feltham, TW14 8HA and a cheque will be provided to reimburse costs.


8. The prize must be taken as stated and on the dates stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.


9. Winner Selection: The winners will be randomly selected by PromoVeritas the Independent Promotional Verification Service, from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place 1st May 2012.


10. Winners will be notified by phone within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion and be given full details of how to redeem their prize. Winners not contactable within 48 hours of the initial notification, or who do not respond to the notification, may be disqualified and the prize reallocated.


11. Data Protection: Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.
