trying to save video onto Nokia 6111

Am trying to save a music video onto Nokia 6111. Reduced it from 40+ meg to about 4 meg via Windows Movie Maker, but the phone won't recognise the format. Have made the file into an mpeg 1 but it's 18 meg. Phone can only accept 4-8 meg. Am wondering how to reduce size of mpeg while keeping the same format, if that's what the Nokia 6111 will accept.

might have to convert it again, my samsung only accepts videos in mp4 format (although one is 3gp whatever that is!) lots of free online converters, i use 'total video converter'Fr. Cheers pumpa, great help ... the 3gp (?!?) worked! Total Video Converter's great, so easy to use. Many thanks for advice and recommending the program. Much appreciate it.
