Not caught up from this afternoon so might be repeating here...but there are definitely some cheap electrical stuff in T's at the moment.
I spotted this Dab radio at around £35.http://www.tesco.com/direct/magicbox-parabola-dab-radio/211-7229.prd?skuId=211-7229&pageLevel=sku&_requestid=828089
And exactly the same one but with a pink band instead of silver at £24.99 but it scanned at £12 odd
They also had several ipod/iphone docking stations including Sony ones which were also scanning really cheap. From around £12 up to £25....all approx 75% off
I would have bought one for my DD but it said iphone3 and I think she's got the latest one which is an iphone4. The girl on the desk said that's possibly why they are so cheap.
These were all on white sels with the * on themMy husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Evening everyone
I'll play.... I'm a capricorn, I'm stubborn and slightly (ever so slightly) controlling. I like to make lists and organise. Big on parties, slack at housework
Got to my local Ts and there were only 2 of the cathedral city double packs left, so snapped them up.
Interesting reading about the random sale on electricals, this is how it all started last year with £4 toasters and irons. I have got my eye on a kettle in there I'm going to be scanning and rescanning that until its 75% - that baby is mine! lol0 -
Sorry for the long post. If you buy huggies nappies or wipes it might be worth a read though ;-)
I was dispatched to Asda tonight to buy some small nappies to go into the nappy cake at SILs upcoming baby shower. It turned into a completely impromptu couponing bonanza!!!
I have already got loads of size 2 newborn huggies to go into this nappy cake. My wife just announced that we should put in some size 1s though! Last time around i was using various £2 off MOCs that i got from people at work who all signed up to the huggiesclub in order to get me the free superdry packs for my own DD. This time i was going couponless and i wasnt keen about paying full price tonight :-(
Well it turns out asda sell a £3 huggies newborn starter kit which contains 27 size 1 nappies, 60 cotton soft sheets, 64 pure wipes and has £6 of MOC coupons on the inside sleeve!!!!!
Here's what the coupons were and what i got with them:
£1 MOC for pure wipes (which are £1 in asda so free with voucher)
£2 MOC for little swimmers which i got for my own DD ( £3 in asda so £1 with voucher)
£1 MOC for kleenex balsam tissues which i got for DW (£1.25 for 6 pocket size packs so 25p with MOC)
And the best part? !The fourth coupon is a £2 MOC for huggies newborn nappies WHICH I USED TO BUY ANOTHER STARTER KIT FOR £1
Thsn i used the ciupons in the 2nd kit to get another pack of wipes for free, another 6-pack of tissues at 25p, another pack of little swimmers at £1 and another starter kit for £1
Now the 3rd starter kit is unopened. I dont know if we'll have a need for anymore size 1 nappies so i could return it for.£3 cash using the receipt for the first box that i bought tonight
If i were to return the 3rd box then i will have got
2x27 size 1 nappies
2x12 size 3 little swimmers
4 packs of pure wipes
2 packs of cotton soft sheets
2x6 packs kleenex balsam tissues
All for just £4.50
But i'm actually strongly tempted to keep the 3rd starter kit even though i dont need the size 1 nappies. !Even if you dont need size 1 nappies its still good value to pay £3 for the cotton sheets, a packs of wipes and have another set of MOCs for wipes, kleenex and little swimmers (as well as another MOC that would let you get another starter kit for £1 and keep going all over again!!!!)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
My fave little whoopsie tonight was this...........0
