Just been down to Extra, they had some of the Catherdral City, can confirm it is scanning at £2.75, got 2 and used the £1 price flop voucher.

Oh I am so annoyed with myself. So we were in tesco's this evening and I had 2 packs of the double cheese in my trolley but could not find my price flop voucher so we put them back - I have not read this then so I was thinking that they would work out at £4 with the voucher.
Duh!! Note to self, read this post at work before visiting T's on way home. Grr!
Anyhow, had completely whoopised dinner tonight, 2 courses, Chennai Curry, spiced roast potatoes, naan bread, followed by bananas and custard made with chocolate milk. Tasted all the better to know that 2 courses for 3 of us less than 1.50 Welcome to the whoopsie cafe!!!

It's been a lovely morning here, sunny but chilly. Lots of clouds about but the sun keeps popping out inbetween them :D

Alan was up early but went for a nap at 11am telling me to wake him at 12 noon as he was going to clean the windows  Remember it is a bungalow and only 2 windows at front and 1 plus bathroom at the back and they can be done without ladders ;) He planned on doing the front one's today and the back one's another day. After fixing the car last week, he just wants/needs to be doing something :D

However, having got up at noon and having a bacon sarnie and cuppa but he started to feel awful, shaking and just not well, so he has just gone back to bed :( Hope he feels better after a sleep :(

I am just going to do some tidying in the kitchen, putting out my new red kettle and toaster I got at L1dl yesterday. The two combined on offer for £30 but used £5 off £30 spend coupon from paper, making them £25 :j :j

Hope Alan feels better after a rest xxx

I'm a Leo too but never thought I was very typical either as I'm not very bold and courageous and don't like being centre of attention :o:o

arrrggghhh!! I am mad with myself as I thought the price flop vouchers finished yesterday and so this morning I put the ones I had neatly cut out into the recycling bin  now after catching up I've realised its next Sunday!

Plus I have managed to cut the top off some SSM vouchers but its just my name so hoping that they will still be accepted? :(
Erm I'm not sure if I've got the hang of this money saving.....I seem to be spending more money buying 'bargains' that I don't really need - oops!! :)
