also, I am a little dense so apologies, but can the palmolive coupon be used or not? And I take it that it's been pulled from being downloaded?
  • Coupon has been pulled.

I think someone posted to say valassis had no plans to cancel the coupon. I hope so as I printed off a few of these last week but have not got around to using them yet.

I believe that is the case yes, but not 100% sure. See post directly above :)
  • Valassis said that if you had the coupon you can use it but is not available to download anymore.

i thought that the coupon was pulled but they came back and honoured it- i got some in Asda the other day.

I saved the pdf to my desktop in work so havent been able to get any more printed until today. I am hoping to get to a sainsbury's in the next couple of days but as there arent any "near me" it will have to be a trip especially, so would be enternally grateful if anyone can confirm they are still working please :)

What a load of tripe....you don't do it like that at all.
If you save the emailed voucher as a pdf you can print off it.
The only reason you need to fold it is because the darn thing is so big!! The reason for cutting the top part off was because palmolive had made a boo boo and printed conflicting terms and conditions and tried to withdraw it. This was picked up on in the press so they have since gone on record to say they are honouring the coupons. There is no photocopying involved and no cheating by using copies either.
I've done it both ways, through a manned till and self service. No problems with either

COUPONS - well said purdita :T coupons, whether verisigned or pdfs, must never be photocopied or scanned. Only originals should be used. Some lurkers seeing 'copy' or 'scan' will thank this is acceptable and may do this will all coupons ..... so NO, NO, NO

    Afternoon everyone :D:D:D:D:D

I brought some and it doesn't show on my receipt. I called Mt T's and they advised to call them nearer the mailing coming out and will add them on as a special offer they might take 24hours to go on. This doesn't sound correct to me does yours show on your receipt?

Hi all. off to use my Loreal coupons later in Mr A (dont normally go in). Ive managed to print 2 off. Will the SS accept two without requiring authorisation like in Mr S? thanks in advance

My local Asda stores won't accept ANY through SS without authorisation. You always get a mesage 'put coupon on one side for authorisation...'. It can sometimes be a pain in the posterior if you get a 'difficult' SA.

yeah news article in daily mail stated
However, Valassis, the company that manages coupons for Colgate-Palmolive, disagreed and has told consumers they are still able to redeem their coupons.

mr s was fine untill I had done it a few times. Manager came over adivsing me to come to the cs desk as I was not aloud to use these because they were no unique.
Took out my iPhone and showed them the page from daily mail to which the more senior manager said it was fine to use.

Mr as dont seem to scan in here but have been manually imputed fine.

not done it in mr t as to make it worth while you would need to do the price check.
