Morning everyone
Had an awful nights sleep last night, somethings wrong with my neck and everytime i move my head it hurts
I've dragged myself into work, but not happy. Good job I can touch type because I can't look down!
I reckon its from scanning all the boxes on the top shelves on the toy aisles in tesco, I've done myself a damage!0 -

Peel and chop them into roast potato size pieces, par boil them, then freeze. Same with chips and sliced potatoes etc and you can even freeze mashed potatoes.
Another important tip: Before freezing, spread your chips, slices etc out on a tray and freeze them on the tray, then transfer to freezer bags when frozen. That way they don't stick together in one big clump x
You don't need to defrost before cooking - just have a hot oiled pan in the oven ready to put them on to cook0
