I have managed to get a free sitting with DD but unsure how this would work with hubbys profession -he is a pipe fitter / fabricator. Does anyone with an artistic mind have any ideas?

    Hiyuh awbuddies
just popped in to say Hi
i have 50 pages to catch up on, looking forward to it.
i have started my mission control up in my own name so friends if your on facebook please like or comment or do something with my posts tips etc..... would be greatly appreciated.
i have been on a weeks holiday this week and am pleased to say i have pampered myself a bit (on a budget obviously and using my local beauty and hairdressing college for students to practice on, including my daughter)
my whole life i have intended to give something back to myself and i have actually done it this week (giving myself a big pat on back)
now i feel good, shame its back to work monday though! met up with my 2 friends from mse and friends outwith mse, my family look quite puzzled when i have been having treats this week, not that its grudged, they are just not used to it.
been having problems with a really sore mouth for about 2 years now, oral thrush, been on everything for it (about 30 prescriptions) it just won't budge, back on nystatin this week, finally been refered to an oral surgeon, so maybe I'm going to have my mouth removed sometime soon!
Told gp i am sick of being fobbed off, that went down well!!
i also suffer from fibromyalgia but my gp refused to look at the biggar picture!
ofcourse with me being very medical and having the internet i have made a few suggestions that also went down like a lead balloon, he wanted to prescribe my amitriptaline for nerve pain in my mouth, yet my swab came back for oral thrush! I feel pretty insulted by gp's!
no offence to any helpful gp's/doctors out there obviously.
on a lighter note, i'm off to check out all your posts and wish you all well. take care xxxxxxx

Hello Blondy, sorry your not feeling well.

Is the above your sick note for the boss ?

It has been recovered but they have the keys ( had to have the house locks changed:()
so as its not worth anything & soooo much hassle we are going to scrap it.
And we have bought a new one - well not exactly new an 09 plate but with only 10000 miles.

:mad::( Just spent ages typing a post about what I've been up to and my usual round up and IE crashed :(

Hmmmph! If I can muster the effort to re-type later I shall but I feel pretty darn deflated so shall retire to lurking for a bit :(

ETA: The reason why it crashed was because I wanted to share my love of designer bags! :o For me it has to be LV, I've been coveting the Monogram Vernis Alma for years and am so tempted to treat myself :) I have the Fendi B bag but it's been used far too much and is not looking it's best. I also have a beautiful conker brown leather Juicy Couture bag which I bought because of the scottie dog lining!

But this is what I wanted to show, isn't it divine? :heartpuls
