  • Hi all,

Hope everyone is having a good weekend :)

I have a spare couple of hours as OH has taken LO's out so I can do some sorting out but I seem to have found myself catching up on the thread instead :o oops!!

I've not been able to read through properly over the last week or so but did just particularly want to say I thought it was lovely to hear from Mr3Dogs and see the great hat pics! Also hello Calmspirit - it is nice to see you back :). Bensonsmums sorry to hear about your FIL - may he rest in peace now :A. Spriallingdown great news about your house:T.

I really want to go to Mr T's today to try the disney offer but I am trying to resist as I don't really have the petrol or the time!!

I got trouted by a manager yesterday who refused to take my SSM herbal essences voucher as it would only scan for the shampoo not the conditioner that I wanted. He tried to say that I had used too many vouchers (I had used 4 other SSM ones) I said that I really didn't think that was the issue as there are people who use about 20 vouchers in one shop and there was no restriction on the number to use per shop! After about 5 mins debating I just left it as I needed to get home but when the manager walked off the young lad on the till said to me 'he's just being a d**k he should have put it through for you'!:eek: whilst I was very shocked at his choice of language I did have to agree :rotfl::rotfl:
Erm I'm not sure if I've got the hang of this money saving.....I seem to be spending more money buying 'bargains' that I don't really need - oops!! :)

    Morning.
I was the second person to get a free origins moisturiser :jYou just have to fill in a form with your details on and hand over old jar. There were about 20 people behind me already. Off doing a bit of shopping and a relaxing coffee as I'm without DS for at least an hour :D

So lucky! I went to Boots and House of F and it turns out they don't sell it in my town! ...denied!:(

...but yay for you! :T well done!

I won too, did anyone not win a litre of Cravendale milk?

Have checked it's not a price match comparable infact not on Mr T's website only the 2 litre, might be worth a try 2 litres free?

Well I was denied DTD on 2 dvds with b1g1f stickers on. Grumpy miserable cs trout said offer had finished she didn't even offer jtd. Just said nothing she could do. Tried to argue my case got nowhere so went outside & rang cs who said it was up to the store :eek: never heard that before. So I'm going to send an email to Mr. Clarke.
No 4p items or much in the way of sale stuff. Couldn't be bothered driving to A to get the cravendale will go next week.
Off to watch the football now hope you all have a good day.

Nowhere near now, this was many, many years ago and spent around 6 months there. It's a lovely part of the country, especially on a dry day!

Just looked familiar. Remember there is a golf course around that area, and lots of caravan parks. Lovely beaches and friendly folks.

Your pictures are really very good, you capture the mood, lighting, etc. You say you are not very technical, doesnt mean you dont have the ability. You are obviously a natural.
