Hi Nannylala, will you say hi to Nikki for me and give her a hug from me and tell her I hope that everything is mending well. :) You are doing such a good job of looking after her, she is very lucky to have you around, you sound as lovely as her. I hope you stay with us even when she is back posting. ;)

Went to a metro for the first time today and got the following

2 x Elvive damage repair shampoo £1.89 bogof - rtc
2 x Elvive damage repair conditioner £1.89 bogof - rtc
    1 x Demister 25p
4 x bags of love hearts ( clip strip) 12p each

Not T's but thought I'd post what we got from the co-op tonight.

    All rtc

    1 x Bag of frozen sausages (32) @ 50p
    1 x 20 pk sausage rolls @ 65p
    2 x 400g hellmans mayonnaise @ 54p each
    3 x southern fried chicken popsters @ 42p each
    3 x Birds eye chicken burgers 4 pk @ 55p each
    4 x Birds eye chargrill chicken 2 pk @ 52p each
    4 x 250ml Olive oil with basil @ 63p each

Not sure why they were rtc as the dates are next year :)

our co-op has a RTC shelf but those prices are still dearer than offers in the bigger supermarkets  Although if you catch them at the right time, their whoopsies are fab

    Very much seconded :)

You've done a fab job of keeping up to date on here, something that some of us really struggle with!

    Jumblejack,
It goes very well -thank you for asking:) Here is the recipe http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/lemon_and_blueberry_11428 , I substitute the fruits with what I've got. Did not have much trust in the Bikers, but their recipes proved to be really good - even the crumpets one:D
Actually they have quite good show - http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/programmes/b01dl8gl Last episode - tonight at 8@BBC2 ( I can hear " Is this the bake@home thread?":o )

I love the Hairy Bikers! Their Somerset Chicken recipe is to die for and SO easy...

My house smells yum I just made Cheese and Onion bread (bought before the issues obviously) and I added a handful of Cathedral City to it...it smells gorgeous!
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!

Wanted to say sorry to all of those whose M & S wine orders have been cancelled, I thought their stock system was pretty good, obviously not. :( Hopefully the rose and white orders will be ok as seems it is just the red ones I have read about being cancelled so far. Fingers crossed FK and any others waiting. Feel rather guilty I got all of my order of red. :o

    Evening all!

Just about to start catching up with the thread (including the old one!). Will sort out my tea at the same time. Luckily, I haven't got any work to do because I passed finals.

Why are you sorry? We all know that glitches/offers are win some/lose some, and this is just one of them. Thats the chance we take :)

Recipe looks like a good solid one! Bet your raspberry ones are more moist than the ones in the picture!

I love the hairy bikers too. Proper food! "Fat means Flavour!" :D

Don't worry about the baking topic. Food is my favourite thing! I love the Grocery Challenge thread as they have a huge index of folks recipes that is pretty exhaustive. Try the twinks hobnobs recipe for the best biccie in the world:T

I'm sorry too - I've got mine, not so impressed with the Merlot, the Pinot Noir tastes better, tonight I will try the white one. Probably they'll cancel my Ros! order:eek:, since expected delivery order is scheduled for 18th of May:cool:
