Have spent the day with FIL, and im pleased (pleased may sound strange to some of you but thats exactly how i feel) to say that he passed away peacefully this afternoon, i had been with him for most of the day, his brother and an old friend from when he was at school had come to visit him but he was sleeping for most of the time, i did get a few smiles out of him but mostly he slept. I left him to go and pick OH up from work so he could see him and before i had got back he had gone and passed away. I was only saying to OH last night that i wished he could just fall asleep and go that way. He wasn't in any pain at all today which was lovely and im so happy that there was no pain come the end.

So RIP Michael you were a pain in the !!! at times but a lovely man who i don't think anybody anywhere would have had a bad word to say about. Sweet Dreams xxx

Came home with whoopsies - a measley 20p lettuce pack from T's, but buckets of goodness from (waitr0se) and proudly presented DS1 with a pineapple that I got for 49p. Then I said that I even left one for someone else- DS1 told me off because they were on multi-buy and I missed on free shopping... Mummy, you should say sorry to the budget!
