    Sorry :o:o:o

And learning is a team effort too, you can learn from us but really none of us would know anything if we didn't share it with each other on here so welcome and keep posting..we are nice honestly!

The funny thing was that the CS person phoned up the deputy manager to authorize the overcharge.

CS on the phone: He'll get £12 back, oh okay just give him the difference then:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:. *Hangs up the phone*

CS: Okay, put you're card in please
Me: Hang on a minute, I thought it was £12 :D
CS: It's only double on certain items. (I could see she was lying)
Me: But the poster behind you said ...... and doesn't exclude items.
CS: Err, I'll give the deputy manager a ring again.

A minute later £12 back :T:T Very cheeky deputy manager, watch out Locaar

If anyone else wants to try it....there were leaflets in store for £5 off £25 on clothes. I tore the coupon off the bottom and used this as well as my £5 off £40.
It's a good way of getting your total up if you don't need much shopping and there's the added bonus of being able to return something if it doesn't fit ;)
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Do you not encounter problems returning something from a £40 spend

Go LTF!!:T:T:T Strange they rang for authorisation for £12? Probably didn't know how to process it!

Also NEVER put your card in for your refund until you have confirmed you are getting the full DTD amount, somebody on here had a HUGE problem when Mr T refunded them the overcharge, then the DTD so two identical amounts-one was cancelled and it was a nightmare to get the money back :(

They are sneaky though aren't they you have to watch them like a hawk...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!

No, I returned a handbag this week which my daughter didn't like ;) and a HDMI type lead which I'd genuinely bought the wrong type. I did think the SA might deduct the £5 as it definitely brought my spend to well under £40, but she didn't even mention it and I certainly didn't! :)

After the attack stage, which lasts from 2 to 5 days. You alternate between pure protein and protein and veges. You have bread, dukan style. Its not bad, i havnt gained my weight back. It kicked started my weight loss.

I found it easier to stick to than other diets and after the attack stage was amazed at how much more taste the veggies had. I love the dukan cake (microwaved) and jelly and rhubarb is delicious
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
