And I think it's Fudge Cake that posted about melting down the Galaxy Promises with cornflakes :T ...I have some Cheerios in the cupboard gathering dust  I'm thinking they can be used for something else now!
    :D
I thought that about doing that but with rice krispies with the galaxy promises in my fridge. Cheerios are sacred in our house, everyone eats them and they never last long enough to gather dust

Thanks everyone for your welcomes and help, hopefully *crossedfingers* here is a copy of one of my receipts :) - I'm just sorry that it was a one off, I thought everybody was going to be buying penny knives :rotfl:

yeah , by the looks of this receipt, instead of scanning the barcode on the actual knife, i think the cashier has just scanned the barcode on their piece of paper.. IYKWIM

someone else in work tired it for 5 days, after she had been off work really quite ill for a month. I dont see how its healthy to eat nothing but protein, and where does the rest of your nutrition come from? IMO, its ok for a kick start but i dont think its sustainable long term. Just my personal opinion though

After the attack stage, which lasts from 2 to 5 days. You alternate between pure protein and protein and veges. You have bread, dukan style. Its not bad, i havnt gained my weight back. It kicked started my weight loss.

Freebiefinder I think we owe you an apology :o you might not know there was a bit of a wind-up on here recently about knives being the new 1p item, lots and lots of people were asking for the details but they never existed!

So that's why we thought this was a joke but I think actually you have got a brilliant bargain!

    Sorry :o:o:o

    Hello Everyone
Not a Tesco bargain but on boots website Bone & joint vits usually £12.99 half price & on 3for2 so 6.49 for 3 packs. http://www.boots.com/en/Boots-Pharmaceuticals-Bone-and-Joint-Complete-30-tablets-_1246777/ (so a little glitch)
Also couple of champneys products on save a third & 3for2 so 3 for original price. Hope that makes sense?
