just ordered this book from amazon it is all the talk just now people are going crazy to buy it. i'm on holiday for a week looking forward to doing some tescoing and some reading hehe

I downloaded this for my kindle (from mobilism) and it was ok, its the first book in a trilogy and I read all 3 so must be ok. But it isn't really my kind of thing, very graphic sex scenes and although it didn't shock and I'm not a prude it's not really my kind of read.

Steak burgers lurch, the finest steak burgers 10 pack (small patties) are currently half price at £3 but scanning at £2. Not bad if you like burgers, we went off burgers after the mince glitch last year :s
    Comping wishlist for 2017
    1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuff

I've tried to look through this fast moving thread but can someone briefly explain the cheap steak packs? or is it steak burgers?
    Many thanks

Is it the finest burgers they were on offer from £6 to £3 and then went down to £2?

    Don't know about any steaks?

I'm sure I have seen a pic of the beefburgers, I think they are the finest range, about 8 in a pack (packed sideways not flat) but Ive been to three tescos and not found in any! Searched tesco online, and can only find smaller packs of 4 (two packs for £5) has the original offer/glitch ended?

Think I may have got hold of the wrong end of the stick with this:(

Well the burgers were ok. I certainly wouldn't pay £3 for them let alone £6.

Just had a bit of a catch up from last night, its hard as the pc makes my eyes go more funny.
Thank you for the well wishes. Got a bit angry with myself last night. Had to go to tesco for my prescription and got fed up with people staring at me. Then while I was eating my chicken sandwich there was a bit of gristle and I tried getting it out of my mouth with my tongue but it wouldn't work and I was almost sick and I just got so frustrated with myself. I know there are worst things in the world and people in a worse state that myself but it just really got me down at that moment.

Anyway onwards and upwards. Time to tidy up cya later everyone enjoy your Sunday :)

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

No, you're correct, but it's 10. It might have been my pic you saw. I got mine last night and they had been whoopsied in preparation for today....

Hi, I found these in a small fridge at the end of one the aisles. In another store they were in an extra small fridge (special promo fridge) near to the front door.

Has anyone cooked the burgers yet? Do they need oil in the pan or is there enough fat comes out of them?

Hi Happy, I cooked mine in the Foreman grill, with just a spray of oil on the grill first.

In Boots I used the advantage points machine and got a voucher for a half price va va voom mascara which are £6.29 and another voucher for a free face powder worth £3.99 when you buy any other No 17 product. As they are 3 for 2 at the moment I picked up a £3.99 lipgloss and thought I'd chance my luck.
All 3 items worth £14.27 for the grand total of £3.14 (the half price mascara!) :j:j

Thank you for this Purdita. Am planning to hit Boots tomorrow as I have the 50p off toothpaste and 50p of mouthwash coupons as well as the 250 points when you buy two dental products one - would be rude not to.

Also have the no 17 mascara and face powder ones you mention, so like your idea. :) There is also a coupon in the latest Boots mag for 100 points when you buy any no 17 mascara, so hopefully that will work too.
