Love a cool crisp Sauvignon Blanc always my first choice for wine - for spirits it is Bacardi and Coke in cold months and Gin and Tonic in summer:beer:
Sauvignon blanc for me too.. although I've lately got into Voignier, Alsace and Gewurtztramminer. G&T or V&T in summer and love a decent bloody mary. Am preggers though so a virgin mary at the moment.

You can't make someone love you. All you can do is
stalk them & hope they panic & give in

Hello everyone. I have had to post to say thank you for all the support you are giving Susan and me. She reads all your lovely posts to me and I really appreciate every one of them. I know it helps both of us reading the posts. You are all terrific :A

We are getting round to discussing the future, even my funeral today. No dark clothes but lots of silly hats will be the order of the day. I was know at the car boot sale for my silly hats and will get Susan to post some pictures of me in them ;)

I am feeling ok, with no pain just some discomfort, and I get tired very quickly, but I have been eating well :D and have actually put on half a stone over the last two weeks :j Not happy that I have gone off the taste of beer/lager and chocolate but have compensated with fish & chips, cakes and trifle ;)

When Susan read me the two following posts just now while catching up, I wanted to log on to say how right sorryaboutmywife is - Whatever happens, you will cope because you have to, we are stronger than we think. Hoping everything works out for you cattysmum, you know you will get all the support you need on here as this thread is full of :A :A :A :A:A

This is a really long post for me  I am off to bed now while Susan goes to Tesc0 to try tor some glitch and get shopping for neighbour. Best wishes to you all. Thank you all again

Had to stop my catch up to do a quick post. You BOTH are such an inspration to any of us going through problems in our lives, and you truely do make me realise I just need to make the most of and enjoy what I have.....
From the posts that followed yours Mr 3Dogs and quoted what you said, I can feel how much Love there is on here for you both. xxx

Evening all, just thought I'd pop on to say hi, not been too great last few days. Face went funny other day, turned out to be Bell's Palsy.
17 tablets a day for the next 5 days but at least it isn't something that will last forever :)
    Hope everyone else is well.
Is it worth me asking what I have missed?

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

I definately think I should stay away from that second bottle before I admit to my crush on Alan Rickman!!

  • Hi all
Simply add glitch working fine in my local extra tonight. Only the chilli one stocked so bought a couple to try.

Very nice IMO so might go back tomorrow and get a couple more as we are having a new kitchen fitted next week and will only have the microwave for the first 2 or 3 days so they will be handy for popping in at tea time.

Thanks again to OP for this I wouldn't have tried them all full price but well worth it at this price.

Fast & The furious is on a stupid 15 mins break for the news so I'm going to sky+ the rest of it and head up to bed. I think I'll dream of Paul Walker and Jason Statham having a fight over me , I'll also try and dream that they lose their clothes somehow!! ha ha, I'm such a perv for a girl :rotfl:

And on that lovely thought, I'll bid you all g'night.xx

Yamas, amigo!! I am having a giggle tonight- Baby Grohl is in bed, Dave is out schlurping with friends, and I have just inhaled the biggest rump steak-(courtesy of Mr M's clearout on Thurs!) All accompanied by BGT, vino and the Elite!!
Should I be happy finishing this bottle, or should I open another??
I thing I should check how many ibuprofen I have in the cupboard first!!

Open another! It's Saturday, that's my excuse!

No and I won't put another one in until they say it is fixed - just checked on Facebook and more people are complaining today, I posted on the wall again yesterday and got a reply that they are still looking into it

DH won't drink anything other than bacardi and coke! Tried him on the cheap stuff, he spits it out!! I'm a bit partial myself now but not over fussy, red/rose wine, decent lager, baileys are good with me!

Re price checks, I've put them in anyway, the worst that can happen is can't find receipt details, I won't give up without a fight. (I don't re-enter them though).
    Gwrys yn Kernow! :j
