Am I the only one stopping up for the Travelodge sale? I thought I'd read a few posts on here whilst I'm waiting.
Fudge cake do you use kool n soothe when you have a migraine? I've used them since they came out years ago and find them brill, a lot better than a dripping flannel. http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/#/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?Query=kool+%27n%27+soothe&Store=Tesco There is 4 in a pack and they last for hours cooling your forehead without coming off.
Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine are soft gel sheets designed to provide immediate cooling relief to the severe discomfort associated with migraine and headaches.

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.0 -

Hope you're all well3rd day for me with a migraine, I felt it coming on today so took meds before it got worse. I really shouldn't be taking this much medication but I can't stand it. Mum's in bed with a migraine again too :( And was thinking of taking her to The Hunger Games tonight. Maybe next week
Elsie - You're welcome of course, just lovely to have you back and really hope you're feeling stronger and more positive as each new day begins. What a lovely friend you have :Aa great reflection on yourself and the friend that you must be to her :A
Hi Fudge_Cake. You have once again excelled yourself in the full post you made thinking of everybody again, especially whist you are feeling so poorly.
Hope the Migraines wear off a bit soon, for both you and your Mum. I absolutly hate them.... I always know mine never even start to ease until I have been sick. But I just thought i'd correct you on one thing, my best mate, the best friend I have in the world,..... not a her! :rotfl:It'll be a must for me to pass on to him that you assumed he was.... and it doesn't really suprise me that you did. When we go out it is often assumed we are 'a couple', or when with both our boys..... (he has his at the weekend) or 'a family'.... which we either take as a real hoot, or if it's when we are visiting attractions take advantage of by getting 'family rate entrance' and split the cost..... how very mse of us! :rotfl: He told me that someone he knows who was in a larger group we went out with last week asked him if we were boyfriend/girlfriend..... I told him to pass on a message from me to say 'No - our relationship is more special than that'.
3 1/2 years it has been this way, we speak probably every other day and can probably say so much more to each other than most actual couples do. I do have a couple of close girlie mates too, but it's me and him who just seem to be able to pick each other up in a way no-one else can for either of us. He has, and still is, helping me through some very dark days at the moment!
Well I actually woke up for the Travelodge sale..... but now can't seem to think of anything 'to do' or anywhere 'to go' in the Oct half term hols.... probably coz me and my lad are just back from an Easter trip touring various Lodges that I got in the last sale... so thats thrown me a bit! :rotfl:
Oh well, i'll pop back onto the TL site and see if anything inspires me this time
*Hugs* sent from me to all others that need them too....0 -
