Morning all, does anyone know if value tomato ketchup is any good just noticed that they have put it in a plastic squeezy container instead of the glass bottle and it's still only 21p. Heinz is £1.75 for a similar size

I have some in the fridge,it's a bit sweeter and runnier than "standard" ketchup but as far as I'm concerned for 21p - who cares!

    :D

Decay, the person doing your shop must now be worried that you know something she/he doesn't and is probably anticipating a nuclear bomb attack!

Hi, I noticed some bottle shaped thorntons chocolate in Mr T today with no price, but no scanner in this store, does anyone know what these are scanning at ? Could be one to watch.
I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.

I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.

Well we have had a productive afternoon. When I told Lala what I had planned for today she looked a little bit shocked ;)I think she did not want me to see exactly how much stuff she actually had squirrelled away. I should know better as I am a shopaholic:o and this is where Lala gets it from, but her bargains are usually pennies where as mine tend to be rather more expensive:eek::eek::eek:this has got worse with me since I lost DH 14 years ago.We came to an agreement that I would not take anything from the garage,:p:pso that made her a bit happier;)We have had such a laugh pricing things we forgot she had bought, well I did the pricing she just sat on the settee giving me the prices:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Have not got a clue when we can do it but at least we are all priced up and ready to go.This has given me an incentive to have a good sort out myself.
JumbleJack I do hope your Mums operation went okay today.

    Here you go :D

    2012-04-11_17-10-10_38.jpg

It came from an Extra store in C4rd1ff, not my local superstore.
I'm not bothered about it being the value stuff, i've eaten it before and it tastes fine. Just need to find somewhere to put it :o

Well it was certainly worth a punt, and I'm sure, if things had been substituted, then lots of others wouldhave been trying this, so thanks on everyones behalf, for your research :)

HC, you still not feeling well?
