Is this the 3rd wave of the vouchers?. I've had two lots delivered so far
    2 x £10 on Saturday
    1 x £50 and 1 x £15 on Monday

I'll have to make sure I'm here if there's more coming today :D

    I've had the 2 x £10 and now the £15.

Now waiting on my last one which is a £25 one, but I did get that one a couple of weeks into it, was a total surprise when it came up

Now to decide what to spend them on...
...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

There's a fork in the road, which way will you go
You standing still or will you step into the great unknown,
Is yours to decide, this is your life.

There wasn't enough snow here for me to make any snowmen, very disappointing.

Aw hope it goes ok, I'm sure she'll be fine :)
I used to hate taking DD for her jags, I would sit with my eyes closed when they did it! :o :rotfl:

DH is working in Tain this week and said they'd hardly any snow up there.
I hate taking them for jabs too. DS kept saying that the bad lady hurt his sister last time :rotfl:

Lay receipt on ironing board, put an old tea towel over and iron for a few seconds tadah! ;):D
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!

Careful with this as it might turn the receipt black

    Morning All

Incredible to think of some of you in the snow when the sun is shining here. Hopefully yesterday's washing will dry before any sudden rain today!!:)

Nothing to report from my T yesterday - they are very efficient there! The whoopsie corner was like a battlefield with trollies barricading about 6 people in, and keeping everyone else out. I don't usually push and shove for my whoopsies and I wasn't going to start last night. I like to think there is at least a bit of dignity to my money-saving! Honestly it was ubelievable. I actually felt sorry for the poor girl doing the reductions - she was having things pulled out of her hands, but still talking politely to everyone who was thrusting stuff under her nose. Awful!!

Nice to see the list of where everyone is based (thanks Kadison for re-posting). I see a couple near me - JB and Minnietheminx I think.

Nikkilala - how are you doing? Hope all is improving. Love to everyone else of course!!

Heat can turn the receipts black as the "ink" is produced by heat. I put a couple of wet ones on the heater to dry out and when I remembered about them they were black. :( I'd already inputted the numbers though and my local hardly ever ask for receipts so I could use the jtd at a "suitable" SA's till ;).

    It's only a game

    Good Morning Elite

Not much new with me, been back from holiday a week now. Went to SW last night, and lost the 3lb I put on whilst on holiday - 1 stone 8 pounds in total now.

I'm trying to keep up and i've managed to read all of this new topic, but not back to the last one.

Are the TPO's old xmas stock? Anything else worth looking out for? I'm off to T's this afternoon ...not been for weeks!

Looks like I'm firing up the iron then...

NOOOOOOOoooo - don't do that ! The heat of the iron reacts with the paper and the receipt will all go black. (Been there, done that and got the T shirt)

    morning Elite! :)

thanks for the new thread, will make me less upset about missing out on 160+ pages of the old one :(

no idea what snow you're talking about today... lovely sunny morning here in London :D

going to a few Ts in a bit :D need lots of proper food :/

what was the issue with JTD? I have a small list for it and not sure now if I should go ahead... of course if they double the vouchers I might be tempted to separate my shopping :p

PS. Had a scary moment last night :( me and bf were woken up around 3am by a strange scratching noise... I pray it was a bird or something OUTSIDE and not a mouse inside again
Now what was bf's best way to handle it?! he opened his bedside table drawer and smashed it 'to scare it away'!!!:mad::mad:

Morning all! :) No snow here, just wet and grey.

A little question, please. Where in the world could I find the cheapest hotel room I can book for this week? I don't want to go and stay there, it would just be advantageous to me under their rewards scheme to book another night. ;)

Edit: the cheapest I've found so far is Goa at £7.

Lutzi Please keep us up to date on this, I love lateral thinking
