Hello all, just a quick one to say hope you have all enjoyed your bank holiday! :j
I haven't had chance to catch up as I have been writing up a report for the inquest into my grandad's death, took me over 6 hours! And trying to work at the same time ;) I now just feel so emotionally drained and a little sad :(
And now I have to get ready for my hols to Prestatyn tomorrow so no chance of catching up, so hope all is well with everyone and hugs to all in need. I'm hoping I will just be able to stop and relax for the next few days, and not have to "think" about anything.Well, maybe about the local T's and if they have any bargains! :rotfl:

oooooo I sent an icebreaker via e-harmony to someone I liked and they ice-breaked me back! :j

I sent him questions next, so we shall see, not sure if I want to have anything other than a cyber-thing at the moment though as I [STRIKE]think[/STRIKE] know he'd run a mile if he actually saw the size of me :( Oh well, I'm working on it!

Could I just ask you very clever ladies who are doing SW if you think it would be easy to do cutting out dairy? I am on a dairy free diet at present as I am feeding my baby and he is intolerant!
Can I also ask was it only today that H&M were giving the vouchers?
Sorry for so many questions and thanks for your replies in advance.

Well my syns if I were on SW would be the rest of half of a HoC extra thick egg shell, small packet of kettle crisps, hot cross bun, fresh cream apple turnover and a cadburys creme egg. :o:o:o

Not been a good day at all, I did skip lunch but made up for it with very unhealthy snacks, and I really must resist cream cakes with yellow stickers on. :o:o:o

Tomorrow afternoon is fine. Just let me know when suits you, not got any plans so should be able to make it fairly short notice. ;)

You can work SW around any allergies, there are parts of the plan that require you to have calcium rich foods but these include dairy-free options and a lot of recipes can be worked around in the same way, just speak to your consultant, hth xx

I would think it would work fine for you not having dairy. You are supposed to have an 'A' allowance everyday, which can be milk or cheese. However, you can have it as rice milk or soya milk.

I eat a lot of fat free yogurts, but they are optional, so as long as you could find other things so you aren't hungry.

Great, I should be able to make almost any afternoon time as well. I'll text you after my walk, or text me if you prefer :)

BTW hot cross buns tempt me more than chocolate now, if I see that ***** M&S TV advert with dripping buttered buns any more i'll scream.
