:T:T:T and I ordered my Kipling :D from House Of Fraser

They use your L2S vouchers to buy a HOF Gift Card & then this is used to order online as it has a PIN No. :T:T
(admittedly I was sat on SA's shoulder watching that she typed my address details correctly & ordered the right bag :o)

Kadison & Sharon-p you do inspire me as I really need to lose alot of weight :o & my Sister has lost a few stones at SW :)

:T:TYea for your bag and well done on treating yourself to something you really want
Ladies you have inspired me to sign up to SW. I done it a few years back and lost alot of weight. So here is hoping i can do it again.

    Thanks

and to both of you and anyone else thinking about SW, I'd recommend trying it. Its so easy once you get your head round just how much food you can eat, that's the part that confused me for a while, now people are amazed at my portion sizes (think FK size plates rather than miss laids lol). Love shopping again now and called into H&M today as I'm off to Spain next week and don't have a pair of shorts, never could buy clothes in there before and got confused as a lot of the stuff didn't have UK sizing, so grabbed the biggest size to try on...ended up going down 2 sizes:T, so I have my shorts for £7 and the £5 voucher for next week to treat myself to something else. DH was amazed at the grin on my face as I left the store as I usually stomp off in a strop because I can't find anything

Kadison, massive congratulations on your stone award. :T

I'm doing SW as well, and I would really recommend it. After 20 years of trying to calorie count, going through months of starving myself and hardly loosing any weight, i'm so happy to find something that works.
No diet is 100% easy, but this is by far the best i've tried. It's very low fat, but you can eat a lot. Basically lean meat, fish, potatoes, some fat free yogurt, pasta and rice are all unlimited ... as long as 1/3 of every plate you have is fruit & veg.

I've lost 22 pounds in 10 weeks, and in that time I had 2 weeks off for a holiday! :D

Well done debs, I can remember you starting:T

Wow those mushrooms look amazing, how did you cook them?
I am on the SW plan too, 8.5 off in 4 weeks, not a wonderful start, but I have had 3 easter eggs in that time, and a small green and blacks chocolate and wine from time to time (eveningish).
When I think about the 8.5 lbs, I imagine it as 17 blocks of butter!!

8.5 is a great start, keep it up and have your treats too (I've completely overindulged this weekend but not worrying :T

Spiraling Down I feel so sorry for that poor little baby no Dad to speak of already.

Just back from hospital seeing my cousin and the baby. He's doing great :T they still don't know what the infection is and are waiting for someone to look are the blood cultures as there is something growing there but needs an expert eye to say exactly what it is. The whole family will have to get tested to be sure none of us have been infected but most of us need the hospital to give us a letter for our own GP so will wait until tomorrow to see what is diagnosed.
Took in a play mat I got him and he absolutely adores it :D he chomped on the teething ring that was with it and he laughed so much when he made the rattle shake. Cousin was so pleased with that and the nice box of chocs I brought for her.

My cousin wants her son to have contact with his dad because she lost her own dad when she was 12 and knows how important it is for him to have a father figure. The only good thing is that he'll have some good male role models in his life but it's a shame that his dad is being such an !!! and already missing out on so much.

Going to catch up now but if I forget

    Goodnight all!

Quick question for anyone in the know does port and bitter lemon go together nicely?

I had a nice bottle of wine chilling last night but fell asleep really early and did not drink it, had to take it out of fridge earlier to get all my whoospies in. And OH has decided to open the port, I quite like it usually with lemonade but we don't have any in but I still have a few of those cheap bottles of Schweppes bitter lemons left from last year. :p
