    Aww. Thanks FudgeCake :)

My back improved enough to drive there n push the trolley. It didn't help that they were selling off 5K potatoes for 15p so I bought 3 lots (for me, my parents and OHs parents). Also bought 10 litres of soya milk, 5 litres of skimmed milk and 12 pints of fresh milk, etc. lugging them into the car was a nightmare:eek: I just had to spend my £40 though as I had £9 of vouchers to redeem.

Honestly, the things we put ourselves through to save pennies:D

OOps! Ive never bothered with the JTD stuff because i thought it was very labour intensive typing in all the items, and some items I would have to research to figure out what they were from the brief description on the receipt.....do you mean all this time ive been missing out when all I need to do is type a receipt number in and Mr T does the rest?:o

Yes just put the receipt details in on the T website

    afternoon.

i got a very nice DTD on a a very posh kettle. my son was telling the cs lady that i was entitled to DTD as its tesco fault.:eek:

to which she replied. "i have been working here since 1998 and i know my job." she then went to give me £10 back, to which my son said "uhmmm shouldnt that be £20?"

*note to self* go shopping without son.

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: to your DS, MMW :D Any details of the kettle please hun as we definitely need a new one. We have a brita filter one and I left it so long before changing the filter this time that I couldn't pull the old one out  I even tried pushing it through from the other side with a spoon handle ........... and went staight through it, without it budging :o so we are now using it as a normal kettle without the filter bit, but the steam seems to go everywhere and it doesn't cut out properly  Was it an OOD SEL?

    Afternoon all :)

Hope we are well? Just home from trying put the wh smith gift card...............it has been changed to "Spend £5 on anything and get a £15 gift card for £5.00"

Just my luck.......:rotfl::rotfl:I am sure there will be a way around it :D:D:D (I hope)

Went into H&M and did 2 seperated purchases for £1.00, SA would not give me 2 GC. I examined the poster on the wall...no T&C's on the pale green poster behind her. She said 1 per person :( the que was huge and I was getting a tad embarrassed so left.

    Will try again tomorrow :D

Some of Whsmith stores changed this promotion about 4 weeks ago. Yours is bit late. Try other stores, maybe sone of them still running.

All Easter things still full price, value penne pasta 15p not 9p as in other Ts and aero mint Christmas trees (that we have never had before) scanning at 65p!
I think I must have the most rubbish Ts around. Plus there are never any reciepts to womble.:(

Sounds like my Ts. Stock hardly any value items - apparently a couple of years ago the store had a letter from HO telling them that the store didn't need the value range as it is in an affluent area!! I wrote and asked them how often they had visited the area to come to this conclusion - obviously nobody ever has!!

Hello everyone. Went over to T's on my lunch break and saw they had loads of whoopsies in chilled section. I picked up some sausages for 90p (now in freezer) and red velvet cake slices for 75p(they are yummy). Looked down easter aisle but most had already been cleared and refilled with gardening stuff. Did have the double decker easter eggs with cup rtc to £2.50 and loads of lindt bunnies for £2.25. Got myself a lindt bunny. Also last week they had clipstrips of lindt eggs down almost every aisle, walk round today and there are none:eek: what have they done with them? i was looking forward to waiting and getting those for 1p.

Hi all, last week I think a few people said they had received a mailing from t's with a few coupons for extra points and double points, just wondering did everyone get one? I've not received anything :(

Yep, i got 2 double points vouchers and a few money off ones for stuff i normally buy.

Thank you Fudge Cake, will start reading that tonight. I prefer Edward to Jacob any day

All you type in is your email address and the numbers across the bottom of the receipt that's all! It only takes a while if you have quite a lot but otherwise a few seconds!
