    1 litre Bacardi

    £22.79 in T's

    £14 in A's

Edit: Thought i'd do some sums for people, could be doing this one myself.

    £22.79 x 2 = £45.58 - £5 conditional moc = £40.58
    £14 x 2 = £28

    jtd £17.58

    = £11.50 per litre

Dh went to T's past midnight and got 2 bottles @ £17 each. (Plus coke to use the 5 off 40 ~ which checks) When do their offers change over? I assumed it would be midnight?

Just a quick question folks....do the unilever coupons come out fairly small when you print them? thanks

Coupons are small but the carp they print underneath is big!! Choose your coupon wisely, you can only print one. At least I could only do one!!

Well I caught up on the old thread and got up to post 40 on this one but will have to leave the rest until tomorrow

Thank you Scamps for the new thread :T :T

Mr 3Dogs got up about 9.30am to watch the cricket from Sri Lanka and, because I was ker-nackered, he told me to have a good lie in :D He did his own breakfast which consisted of croissant with butter and jam, choc hobnobs, a piece of banana cake and then a muller rice  :rotfl: I got up at 11am :D

By the time we got down to the car boot yard, it was raining, so we had our lunch and very nice it was too. By the time we had finished it had stopped so we went round to the unit and I got the boxes out of the van and into the unit, then put a couple of boxes into the van that were to come home. Alan was tired by then, so I drove back home to drop him off and then back into town centre to put the cheque into the bank

When I got back home, we had a note through the door saying District Nurse had called when we were out so I rang them to explain that we'd been told it would be every other day for his dressing now so we weren't expecting anyone today, so they said OK and nurse will be there tomorrow

We have been having a terrible time trying to get the Macmillan Welfare woman to ring us back regarding getting Alan's DLA claim and everything else, so after yet another day of no call-back from her, I rang the Macmillan Nurse Mary, and asked her to help chase the woman up or, preferably, put me in touch with someone else. While we were out, she had rang back with details of their Advisor at CAB and when I rang her, it couldn't have been more different. Una was bright and straight into helping us. I have to get our GP to complete the Special Rules form as we don't know if the other woman obtained one, and then Una will squeeze us in tomorrow or Thursday to get Alan's DLA form completed and submitted, arrange a Blue Badge within 48 hours, sort out his claim for Pension Credit and close Tax Credit claim/cease self employment, etc. She recognised the need for urgency in view of the Special Rules application, especially when I told her of the reduced prognosis

I said to her that what she was doing, what I had heard from her, was what we wanted ..... and needed ...... not the constant leaving messages that are not replied to we were having with the other woman. It had started to get me down as it was taking so long to sort out and with just one phone call, we felt good again :D She lifted our mood immediately and we felt that the financial side was at last being dealt with ... we were eventually getting this done :j :j

Off to bed now so night night guys

P.S. Calmspirit, we need you to come back :A and Tricia too :D Everyone has their different reasons for being on this thread and they are all entitled to their opinions and to be on here, so we want you both back. If there is a problem with that, then use the ignore feature if you must, but just yourselves back here now

    a quick question,

has anyone had trouble adding on cc points to your cards since the weekend?

My mother tried to add some of her points on to her card on sunday, i've told her you can only add on 2 receipts and have to be in date by 2 weeks, but when she went to CS she was told that the policy has changed and now you can't add on any points unless the sa forgets to ask for your clubcard at the till and your still in the store and sa confirms that you just made the purchase!!

I told mam that was rubbish but thought i would ask if anyone was told the same this week?

I went in store tonight and had two wombled receipts put on with no problems xxx

First time I've caught up in a long time, don't think it'll last though! So I'll say hello now, as I don't tend to post until I've caught up.
