I always watch a film first then read the book. I found reading a book then watching the film made the film look poor (in most cases) where as I watch a film and enjoy it and then love the book more so really I win both ways

Definitely agree with this - films are always a let down if you read the book first as they always miss so much out :(

It did look delicious but it's a lot of effort to go to to feed a baby mouse... FK's plate was more my style he could feed all of us!

    Evening guys

We got up this morning and had a leisurely light breakfast of croissant, then went down to the car boot, calling in to the garage at Mr T to pick up newspapers for the stallholders we take them in for, and we filled up with diesel too. It cost £70   Highest price yet and I wasn't as low before I filled up as normal

We had a slow wander around the stalls, talking to friends as we went and picking up a few things as we went, then went into the cafe for a cuppa. Alan then decided he was hungry, so we had a bacon and egg sarnie each :D Straight home afterwards, in time to watch the live match on Sky Sports, Man U v QPR sorry QPR :( and then, as the second match Arsenal v Man City started, I went to bed for a nap, as little Molly & Bess had woken me up 3 times during the night and I hadn't had much sleep :(

I just got up at 6.45pm and then Alan went gone to bed but he got up at about 10pm to watch the end of The Masters golf, which we are doing now

Alan was fine walking round, though he can't stand still for long and got tired, but I think he was better today with a little more energy and he did manage to stay up most of the day, which is good :D

    Hi 3Dogs
Good to hear Mr 3Dogs has had a better day today.
It sounds as though he's getting stronger if he's managing to stay up for longer. :T
Hopefully the repercussions from the operation are impacting less now and Alan will be able to get out and about a bit easier.
    Love to you both xxx

My daughter read the book before going to watch The Hunger games at the cinema and she said the film's very true to the book.
I've seen the film but not read the book and I enjoyed it very much.

I am soooo stocking up on stamps at the moment! I'll be able to give competitive prices on my P&P when I sell eBay items!

    :D
I'm pretty sure that has been posted before, not long after the price rise was announced.
