Well I went for my walk.........took the trusty camera with me. It was very grey and drab so the light was awful for taking pics really. Wanted to post up a nice 'eastery' pic (I can heard the pedants banging their keyboards already lol) but with the light so awful I had no chance really. There was a pair of grebes occasionally doing their immitation rituals which is fascinating to watch but they were so far away and 1/10 of a second at 700mm zoom is a recipe for the image stabiliser to have a cardiac arrest!

The robins had been fed to death being an easter sunday so they were not very keen to come and say hello today. One did for just a few moments and I managed to snatch this pic for you..........hope you like it!
