Morning all!
Feeling like above and very  too.
Just had a call from my Aunt (granny to the baby in hospital) she's in an awful state due to baby's so called Dad. He's being a right idiot to her. He has been given the oportunity to see the baby when ever he wants but has so far only spent 8 hours in his company since he was born 8 weeks ago today. They contacted him on Friday night to say baby was rushed in with suspected meningitis but he refused to go up, said it was pointless  but that he'd be up yesterday.
Yesterday he phoned to say he wouldn't be able to get up to see him and my cousin went off on one at him because he said he was hung over. He's just off the phone giving my aunt dogs abuse over someone (not family) telling him he's not a real dad to the baby. He's put it on FB about this ranting and raving about how no one will take his boy away from him and no one can say he's not a good dad. We still don't know who said what to him. He's no decided that he just HAS to see his son and could someone take him up.
Seems to be left to me to do this because I'm the only one he'll talk to now but I'll be having words about what he says up there because the baby and other kids on the ward are very ill, the last thing the families need is some idiot mouthing off.
Why does it have to be like this, he's saying no one will give him a chance but when we do give him the oportunity to look after his son he calls one of us to take him because he has other things to do. It's got to the point where he now won't take the child out of my aunts house because he knows he'll want someone to take the baby sooner rather than later.
I think mobiles are more to blame because he spends so much time on his when with the child that something always comes up and he has to leave.
Sorry for the rant but if I don't get some of it out I'll blow up at him before we even get to the hospital.
Can't wait to see the wee man again, I look after him for a few hours once a week while my aunt gets stuff done because she looks after him while my cousin's at college and I've missed him so much. He's such a happy wee thing most of the time that you can't help but smile when you see him
Hope everyone has a happy easter and the kids (big and little) enjoy their chocolateSPC #329 £471/£500 banked

H.C has been spending too much time in T's where the artificial lighting make bears look like bunnies that look like reindeer, so therefore he has to shoot one to carry out a controlled experiment as to what species they actually are.0 -

Morning all
OH working today and I am nipping to the carboot later to see my sis who has got the carboot bug this week!
In answer to above, it all depends on the SA who serves you, in the main NO I don't think you can but I would try it anyway and see if you can get away with it. You can always plead ignorance and go back for smaller value items if they refuse. I had a lovely male SA last year who suggested it to me, meant I could put a couple of things back so I didn't overspend too much
