Does anyone know what the policy on this is ? I have seen people take reduced items out of their basket and shove it under the SA's nose for another reduction and then put it back in their basket. I tried this once only to be told " I cant reduce it again once its in your basket ".......couldnt be bothered arguing that I just see him do this !.....
It seems to vary from store to store, going by the stories on here anyways. I don't think that it's very fair that you can pick a pile of stuff up walk around with it in your basket then come back later and get it reduced.
I know some people have had success when complaining to customer service about it though to get it stopped in their stores.
Had to laugh as well tonight there was some ready to roast chicken breasts reduced from £5 to £4.25, but there was big red 2 for £8 stickers on them  so you'd be worse off buying them reduced. So I went and asked the SA doing the reducing would he be doing them again as I was needing 2 and pointed out that I'd be worse off buying them reduced and those were the only ones left. Fair play to him he could see my point so went away to check, but because they were tomorrows date he couldn't do anything. Then some other guy comes along and was like well if you buy 1 your making a saving...I did point out that I needed 2, but all he could say was your saving 75p by buying one...So I smiled politely and said I would get them elsewhere then as it was daft to pay more for reduced items as it kind of defeats the purpose.
Think I now remember why I gave up on whoopsies actually :rotfl::rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

My hated word is "frock" it's a dress!! :rotfl::rotfl:
My late Dad always called dresses frocks and I love the word as it makes me think of hom. I often look at kiddies clothes and think that they are too grown up but when I see a pretty frilly dress, that's what I'd call a proper frockMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
