    What's a "shoop"?

It's been messed about with in photoshop.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

The problem is it seems so easy.

I regularly tip out the content of my handbag and put all the unsigned receipts through the price checker. Given that most staff don't know what they are doing, I'm sure I must have, on occasion, printed a voucher for a receipt I have already used.

If you do this and there are no repercussions, it would be easy to think that you can get away with it again and at that point, throwing away the unsigned receipt could easily become very hard to do - particularly for those who are short of money.

I'm not saying it is right but I'm saying that the system is so flawed that it puts huge temptation in people's path and I understand that it can be hard to resist.

The onus should be on T to operate an effective system - not on customers to resist temptation.
Sorry Minnie, that just isn't right. Regardless of a system's shortcomings there's never any excuse for thieving.

Being unable to resist temptation is not an excuse for stealing either. The onus is on all of us at all times to stay within the Law.

    Anything else = total anarchy.

    My tuppence worth.

I am fine Happy now you have decided to talk to me:pLala is getting better day by day and is pulling her lovely blonde hair out as she would love a trip to T's, this I will not permit until she has had her stitches out on tuesday.

Evening everyone, just stopping in so I don't become a lurker. Was in Re**ing We$t last night but needed to get home so came out with nothing more than an orange (why is it so hard to find single oranges for sale these days?) some poor lady slipped on something in the aisle too and went flat out - luckily she said she was ok, but same thing happened to my mum (wet floor from cleaning and no signs) and she was badly hurt and still has back pain.

Any thoughts on best day for easter meat whoopsies? wondering if there'll be any tomorrow, or perhaps Monday?

That's alright, just as long as you told her I changed my bed. ;);)

Surely you could permit her one trip to T's for good behaviour? :P

As there are no brackets I have assumed that you just work your way along until you get to the 0 - and then, as multiplying anything at all by 0 results in 0, I don't see that it matters what the 'string' comes to, the answer must be 0 surely?
No. Order of Operations applies. hth

You'd get 0 for the answer if you gave this as a mental arithmetic problem one at a time.
But you weren't so above applies.
