Not caught up yet so don't know if anyone has told you that Manuka honey +10 is in Aldi for £3.99. I take a spoonfull every morning and I find I hardly get any colds or other infections (touch wood) even though my health is not good. (on dialysis) This is the cheapest I have found for the +10.

I've had a couple of PM's recently about people shops and how god they were. Turns out first one was copying coupons and using multiples of the same coupon and the second person was reproducing JTD vouchers over and over again.

I know this thread is a brilliant support network to us all and we all appreciate the thread and also the plaudits when we have a great haul or shop, but please, please, please can we all bear in mind that we must stay the right side of the law with what we do. I don't want to end up baking a cake with a file in it!
