You know, I read this thread everyday and nite, dont post too much, but would just like to say

    THANKS

Im on tablets for depression, on a low at the moment, but you guys make things bearable :o

I know exactly how you feel. Have been on tablets since last August, not just for depression. It is a hidden disease that people who have never been depressed dont really understand. Often friends say " just think positive and you will feel better." I wish it was as easy as that.
I too dont often post, not because I dont want to. I just dont want to make people feel down with my negativity.

Good morning lovely and sunny here, a shelf in the greenhouse collasped and I have sent all morning rescuing the seedlings and clearing up dirt (compost shouts O/H its compost NOT dirt) anyway I have had a shower and a good scrub even tho I had rubber gloves on I still felt dirt :p under my nails

    Morning all

I have just done the same one of my shelves fell in the heavy winds and snow the other day, sadly the dog has beaten me to cleari it up though I went in to get a coffee after opening the door, came back and the dog is covered in peat and little Gem lettuces. LOL the wife can sort the dog out after i pick the lettuce seedlings out her beard (the dog that is).

    Good Morning everyone!
Lovely bright and sunny morning here today! :)
Sadly I am at work though :(

Hope everyone has a lovely Easter weekend and gets lots of easter eggs :D
I'm off to Prestatyn - Pontins next week so hoping the weather up there is nice, has anyone been to the Pontins there recently? I went a few years ago and the accomodation was awful, fortunately we only used it as a base and we were out the majority of the time.

Anyway, off to catch up now before I am expected to do some work! :D
Have a lovely day everyone and {{{hugs}}} to all in need

The planting can wait for the weekend when O/H isn't working, all the dirt is back in the trays, the floor is brushed scrubbed and washed. :D

I used Champix and apart from a bit of nausea there was no real side effects and I have been smoke free for 34 months :)

I would hate to put anyone off stopping smoking, but if you can do it without Zyban try a different way.
It gives you the most terrible headaches, nightmares and sleeplesness.
The sickness is so bad I had a week off work thinking it was a bug.
    Bad breath and depression.
I guess you could say Im not a fan, I have used it twice, and stopped both times, however I was soo ill, tired and unhappy I went back to the fags within any time.
I stopped last time by saying when I had finished the duty free I had in the house that was it, and it was, I went cold turkey 18 months ago and have never even had a puff since.
Good luck, I really hope you can do it, but be aware of the dangers of Zyban.
Thank you both for your help:T Unfortunately I'm won't be taking it for stopping smoking but CFS, so it will be long term higher dose. Thank you for telling me side effects I've got 2 weeks to do more research before I choose which one I want to try. Congratulations to you both on stopping smoking.
I hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning everyone, shattered from the gym last night. Body needs a rest. How do we get those coupons frequent posted, rather scanned?

I'm positive they will be this is one of the biggest trading times in retail. The retailers are just not allowed to open Easter Sunday. (Depending on sq footage) Trafford Centre will definately be as they have to trade if the centres open.
