You'll need to provide a bit more detail.....
How old are the loans? Reason for mis-sale? Do you have loan paperwork? etc0 -
dating back to 1993 ididnt want or need the ppi no paperwork, i done the complaint over the phone and have been ask for nothing0

Ok, if you don't have any paperwork and they say there's a lack of evidence this may mean that they no longer have any records either because of the age of the loans. If that is the case then their response may be the end of the road. You can send them an SAR to be sure that they do not have any records.
Saying you didn't need the PPI only works if you had cover elsewhere or funds to pay back the loan should something have gone wrong. Saying you didn't want it only works if you were told you had to have it and can prove it. There are other ways PPI was mis-sold such as single premium but you will need paperwork to take your complaint further.0 -
