BSODs on new medion i5 desktop

Help! Bought a new Medion Akoya P5324E (i5 64 bit) desktop at the end of Feb 2012 on line. Have been getting repeated BSODs since installation, usually when on line but thrre seems to be no pattern. It once went to a BSOD 10 seconds after booting up before a command was given. When I restart it works fine until the next BSOD.

Contacted Medion and sent copies of crash dumps (awful customer service and premium line) and told to try an F11 factory reset on boot. Did this but BSODS continue. Contacted them again today and they seem unwilling to offer a refund and will "try" to repair it but it will take 2-4 weeks. Not brilliant as the desktop is only 6 weeks old and the problems were reported back in March. Most BSODS have been problems in nonpaged areas but the latest (post rest) was in memory management.

So what should I do? Fair enough if they replace/repair the desktop and it works - though being without desktop for 2-4 weeks is annoying. Anyone got any thoughts? Is it best to return? Will they actually resolve the problem?

Talking to Medion is like hitting your head against a brickwall. I speak German and would love to tell their Directors how appalling UK customer care is but is there any point?

Let them repair/replace it. You need to give them the opportunity to do so.

If it reoccurs after repair, reject the PC back to the retailer as it is not fit for purpose.

Probably just a pile of junk. Some stuff is just rubbish.
