after receiving wrong books from their website, recieved refund after 2 month ,they admitted that the book shown [4 months on website] was never stocked to be sold on offer.
then ordered another book ,wrong book sent ,their response was that they thought I would prefer it instead and took the money from debit card, when I complained ,their courier collected book after again at my cost repackaged, the book cost only £8.99 but recieved cheque for only £1 as they claimed that was all I was due ,noticed that somehow refund cheque was shown on my bank a/c on same day money was taken for fresh book, no matter how I try to explain , no interest from customer services except to say on emails only due £1 and sent cheque for £1.
not the amount ,just feel taken for a mug , and if this is done many times will add up......not the company I used to buy from , telephoned me to say thatbook shown on website was never stocked , regardless of showing on each month on website.
r/d deciding what customer should require and debiting card is new one on me

Did they say why you were only due £1? What do their e-mail responses say?0
