Hi - wondering if someone could help ... I've been researching sold prices around a house that I'm interested in and have found a listing as shown below, but I'm not sure what this means!! Potentially that a total of £161,450 was paid for the property (part for the leashold element and part of the freehold element)?
Sale = 24 Mar 2011, Terraced, Leasehold, £105,450
Sale = 24 Mar 2011, Terraced, Freehold, £56,000
Sale = 24 Mar 2011, Terraced, Leasehold, £105,450
Sale = 24 Mar 2011, Terraced, Freehold, £56,000

Hi,
It isnt a shared ownership property you are looking at is it? That's the only thing that I could think ofToo much month, not enough Cash!
Make £11000 in 2011 challenge - current total £1358.770 -
YES, looks as if it was formerly shared ownership.RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0 -
