Accommodation in France

We are looking for accommodation for one night midway between Calais and Disneyland Paris, family of four (2 adults + 2 children) - any suggestions? Thanks.

In France, there at lots of travel-lodge type places which are located near motorways. Names include:

Hotel Ibis, Formula 1 (cheaper) , Novotel (more expensive), Campanile,

I'm sure they all have websites where you can pre-book them, and they are usually signposted on billboards.

I always use Novotels as they are of a good standard, the breakfast is usually fab and they sleep 2 children free (inc breakfast). If you go on the website you can put a route in and it will show which hotels are near to where you are. Go through Quidco for extra discount.

Accor own Novotel, Sofitel, Formule 1, Mercure among others and they all show up on this web site.

Novotel is the only one of the Accor Group that have family rooms. Otherwise you'll need to book two twin rooms.

Novotels are very nice - as good as and better than the Travelodge type places in the UK.

If you are sure that you will use the room then take the NO CANCELLATION option - it's half the price of the normal room charge BUT if you cancel they still charge for the room.

    Enjoy France....

You must try Logis-de-Frace. Small independant hotels, graded and searchable on a map.
Booked many stopover hotels, all over France, nearly always a quadruple room. Easy to find, easy to book. A range of prices.
    Never had a poor one!
