Terms and conditions

1. You can enter this free prize draw through the competition page on https://www.facebook.com/liverocky.

2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. To enter this prize draw, you must provide complete name, email, postal address and provide the information required on our competition entry page.

4. No purchase is necessary in order to participate in the free prize draw.

5. The promotion will run until 03.04.12.

6. The promotion is open to all UK residents (other than Northern Ireland) (excluding employees of the promoter, employees of 2 Sisters Food Group, IPC Media, their immediate families, their subsidiary companies and agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

8. There will be one prize which consists of a VIP stay at Alton Towers and entry to Alton Towers on 2 days The VIP stay includes-
a. Overnight stay on the 9th April 2012 at either the Alton Towers Hotel or Splash Landings Hotel with dinner and breakfast included
b. Two day entry to the Theme Park on 9th and 10th April 2012
c. Two days entry to the Waterpark on 9th and 10th April 2012
d. Fastrack tickets on 9th and 10th April 2012
e. A round of Extraordinary Golf
This Alton Towers VIP prize is valid for a family of four (being 2 adults and 2 children. A child is any person under the age of 12 years), or four adults sharing an overnight stay in a standard room.
*Access to the Spa is for adults only.
The winner will pick up the prize on checking in at the hotel on presenting the email confirming you are a winner.

9. The prize is as stated and not transferable to another individual. No cash or other alternative prizes will be offered.

10. The promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winner.

11. The draw will be carried out on 04.04.12 under independent supervision and winner will be chosen by random and notified by email within 24 hours of the draw taking place.

12. Only entries received by 23.59 on 03.04.12 will be entered into the free prize draw.

13. The promoter’s decision is final in every situation (including any not covered by these terms and conditions) and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Winner will be contacted by email and will be required to confirm receipt of email and acknowledge that they will take the prize before the VIP weekend prize can be released. In the event that the winner does not reply within 24 hours of receipt of the email, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement of that original winner and award the prize to a runner up which was drawn on 04.04.2012.

15. The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including any necessary travel documents (unless expressly stated as included in the prize).

16. By entering into this free prize draw and providing us with your information, you agree to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy and consent to being contacted by the methods and for the purposes set out in, and in accordance with, our Privacy Policy.

17. Winner may be required to take part in publicity.

18. The promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and county on its website and/or in postal communications. The winner’s name will be available on request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter within [8] weeks of the prize draw.

19. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late or lost entries including online entries lost or corrupted in transmission.

23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions take effect immediately on your entry to the free prize draw. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then you should not enter the free prize draw.
