I'm off to the testing site tomorrow to test this facial cleansing device. Has anyone been before? Is it easy to find from the bus stop?

you will have to let us know how you get on, i've applied for this one too and again will be my 1st time at the test centre, most require going for a few days which is hard with work, i am in Derby so not that close but thought i would give this a go as it was a one off and can tie it in with a trip to N'ham to meet some friends

I wound up a bit lost on the site lol! Gave them a call and they were really helpful though, sent a car out to fetch me because the shuttle bus wasn't running that day.

The test itself was pretty quick, answered some questions about my skin then they had me put some foundation on. Washed one half of my face with my hands, other half with the cleansing device then answered some questions about it.

    Hi

Is it just me or is anyone else wondering what the different status on my trials actually means?

Registered - does that mean you are actually going to be on that trial.............I've had that before but never received the product

On waiting list - that's on my status and I'm still waiting..........

Requested.............I think I get that one lol

Completed - yep - ok with that one

The requested status always seems days out of date.

    Can anyone explain :):)

in honesty its a case of if you apply for the product and it arrives then you are testing it....

The narratives on the site dont always match up...they never have and even though boots improve the site it still boils down to if you receive it you are testing it!!!!

On waiting list - that's on my status and I'm still waiting.......... Anyones guess !! I have got trials from last year saying on waiting list

Requested.............I think I get that one lol

As most people will tell you on here, if something pops through the letter box it means you are one of the 65 people trialling that product and if it doesnt then your not. Boots keep saying they are improving things but its been like this for years :rotfl:

I cant complain though as I have got at least a years worth of toiletries stashed in a box
