I got the deodorant too and yes my letter doesn't have the correct email address on it either. I'm going to wait until after the date they say the email will be sent out and if I haven't received it contact them.

I decided to phone Boots and ask why there was a strange email address on my letter and the helpful lady that I spoke to went and found out from the dept that sent this out that they had had trouble with their mailmerge. She said that we should be getting an email on Friday. I'm relieved that I wasn't the only one that got a strange letter!

Both mine and OH's e-mail addresses are correct on the forms.

I too got the mens antiperspirant and my email address is correct but they don't give you long to test it. Got the email link to report this morning....

Got the email to do the survey this morning and also a letter from them saying they'd messed up and the email would be going to my correct address. Waste of a stamp really...

no, it's not just you, it's very quiet at the moment.

The Christmas ranges will be out soon to test, so it will get busy again!

That's a relief as the other day they called me (as I sent a response to their email asking us to test the men's deodorant follow up email which breached our privacy information as the following email to say there had been an issue with the link showed ALL our email addresses.
They very quickly called me back to apologise and said they would send an apology email to all other panel testers) after the men's deodorant test email and apparently my account had been changed to MR. at some point .
The lady I spoke to said she would rectify it asap and then sent an email to say she had done it but still not really had many test products show under my account.

So thanks, while that means you have received very few it does mean that it is not my account at fault
